DPS and Tanks Do Not Have A Secondary Timer

They actually do whine about that... but also dps and tanks do not have a limited time frame in which they can do their role.  If they did, then I am guessing they would also be rationing out what they put their focus into. Cheapest WoW accounts You clearly have never done an encounter with a tight enrage. Every point of DPS becomes precious.
Edit: And even in those situations, add spawns have to be handled. Watch Method's world first H Lei Shen kill: they had multiple add spawns to deal with, which they did, despite being so close to the edge of the DPS timer that they killed him with 3 people alive.
I have seen more 2-3% wipes on raid bosses than I could even begin to count.
The enrage timer affects all 3 roles and isn't what I am talking about.  I am obviously talking about the mana pool that when gone is pretty much gone.  It is basically a second timer that only healers deal with.
DPS and Tanks do not have a secondary timer before the enrage that will also wipe the group.
For many fights that matter, the healers' mana bar is the enrage timer (Heroic Megaera, Lei Shen, Iron Qon, Twin Consorts, Ji-kun, and Horridon).
Keeping the DPS alive through fire, if possible, is always the right choice.
You clearly do not heal, because if you did there is zero chance that you could possibly think this.
DPS are not supposed to stand in the fire therefore healers are not designed to heal that kind of damage.  Buying world of warcraft account This will wipe a raid much quicker than one dps dying.

Blizzard Coming in and Looking at Your Chat

I like what they've done with Dota 2.wow gold for sell  I haven't played it a ton, maybe 25 games or so (although games take 30 min to an hour, so that's a decent amount of time, but nothing compared to my brother, who has more than 350 wins), but in that time I haven't encountered a single asshat. Maybe there will be someone who tells me I'm doing something wrong, and even in a brusk way, but I haven't had any of the sort of abuse I see regularly in WoW. I think a huge part of it is their reporting system. They now have communication bans if you get reported too many time. It's not just a mute or ignore (although they have those too); it's if you keep getting reported, you can't talk to anyone, period. It lets people know without a doubt that the way you're acting is unacceptable. I would love something like that in WoW. If you get reported enough, you can't use /say, /yell, /party or raid or /2 or anything other than whispers to friends and guild chat for a day or two. They could put some safeguards on it, like you can never get chat banned from the people in one BG or dungeon -- it would have to be several reports from different sources. But if people could be shown that others don't appreciate their crap ... it'd be great. Just make it community enforced,  where to buy wow accounts not something Blizzard does (i.e. - they have to be reported a lot, not someone at Blizzard coming in and looking at your chat and deciding themself), to head off the complaints of Blizzard controlling what you say in-game.
The problem with this kind of system, is that in WoW you're dealing with a paying customer who just might stop paying if faced with such a disciplinary action.
I am not saying this actively prevents Blizzard from taking action, but they seem not to be taking such actions (as you describe) leaving one to really question why.
As you suggest, intelligent, proactive use of a Ban Hammer like with DOTA or GW2 works wonders in terms of community quality.  One has to wonder if they increased this level of oversight and quality-control in WoW, if this game's rep as "asshatland" might diminish, at least somewhat.
I would agree completely with you.  I posted what I did to try and surmise or figure out why on earth they haven't picked up on this by now and started trying to improve the community a bit more.
Then again, history has proven time and time again that cross-realming strangers together to provide convenience leads to very openly-bad player behavior, and they continue pushing in that direction, so who's to say what's really going on behind the wheel, here?
The only thing one can really say for certain is that community quality is on a very back burner in terms of public actions the game company is taking these days. I do agree it would be a very good thing if they would improve in this area, though.

BlizzCon 2013

I have a feeling this is going to be a big year at Blizzcon. They pretty much have to announce the next WoW expansion unless they plan on it not coming out until mid 2015. Thats a given, but it will be more interesting to see the other announcements. Potential canidates being Diablo 3 expansion which has been confirmed to be being worked on, the next Starcraft 2 expansion, and Titan. I seriously doubt we are going to see anything Titan related this year because I think when they show that off it is going to BE the show. Next year they could easily announce it even if they also announce a SC2 expansion.
I also don't think Titan will be revealed because Blizzard knows when to put games out. Anytime in the next couple of years is probably not a good move considering the shape of the industry. No one knows what payment model is going to be "the one" going into the future and a ton of developers are still testing the waters. There is also a few high profile releases coming in the next couple of years that could very well shape the industry. Blizzard is known for looking at what other people do and shape it to be their own. (not quite so much innovation, but not a bad thing) If they really want to blow everyone away they need to spend nearly as much time researching the market as they spend developing the game.
As other's have already said, we will see the next expansion for WoW, and probably an expansion for D3...if not an expansion probably some major overhaul points. I'm still on the fence about them revealing Titan. This would seem like a good time, especially if they aren't going to announce a D3 expansion.
In some regards, they almost have to show what Titan is. Blizzard had a fairly negative year last year, even though D3 sold really well, it was received pretty negatively among the general public in many regards. MoP had the worst showing of any WoW expansion, and Heart of the Swarm didn't release.

Awesome news.  I hope all the people attending have a blast!
To anybody wanting to go: I wish you good luck getting a ticket.  That shit sells out in seconds.

Second Screen of World of Warcraft

While I do agree that a lot of what is being proposed in this article is nifty. I would argue that it would foster an even bigger amount of gaming addiction where people would feel the need to be involved in the game 24/7 which I think is already enough of a problem with the MMO community.
I play these games as a stress release, buy cheap wow gold and WOW account, and not because I'm looking for a second job or something to consume every spare minute of my time and having a game available on every device would end up doing just that.
I agree that subscription based MMO's should start offering AFK mini games through mobile platforms. I would love to tool around on my phone and have that make some kind of useful difference for my WoW character(s). Balancing it so that it doesn't become required is the key here and probably what's keeping it from happening. There has to be a reason to do it, but there also has to be a way to properly balance it.
Then again, even making mini-games available in game would be cool as well. Maybe a console you could access in the main city that had a similar interface to the mobile platform if someone just wanted to play the mini games and didn't have access to a mobile device. The barbershop is my example of an existing location where many people can sit in and do their thing outside of the world.
I been using 2 screens on my pc for years.   One for the game the second one for ventrillo, act (advanced combat tracker) a must have for raiding in eq2 and also for having up my web brouser.
Now I don't have my nook lying around for info as I  use that for reading, and my smartphone well it usually sits there and now and then lets me know when I get an email or a text.   I don't see how anybody can be using a smart phone while in a game.
The social apps are cool, and neat... But they are not appropriate at all times and people need to understand moderation. To give more of the game on the smart devices isn’t going to make things "better", more than likely it would lower the number of players that actually played in the world... The populations of campers in the main cities would certainly drop...
Then again maybe it isn’t a bad idea... ah well either way there are good points and bad... But some in the industry believe that the smart devices are the next level for gamers... me? I don’t buy it... I think people are getting ahead of themselves and just enjoy the game for what it is... A tool for entertainment.

Runescaoe is much better than other MMORPGS

There are a lot reasons to play Runescape.

Graphics are decent for a browser game, the textures themselves being better than average. The game is polished, it is one of the fewer glitched games out there. Head to the Runescape Wiki and look at the glitches page, very few aren't fixed the patch after they were implemented.

Purely matter of taste. Having point and click movement =/= Runescape sucks.

Most MMO's out there require very little skill. Most are the same click gameplay, or button rolls. Runescape is more about preparation before doing activies than actually doing them, like EVE. This is very true for Dungeoneering. Managing resources and such gets complicated as you go further down.

Runescape does quests better than most other MMO's. They tell a story, not just kill x monsters and such.

You can easily buy cheap rs gold from online websites instead of farming gold by yourself. Most sites provide free guides to make rs money.

Membership lets you use half the equipment you couldn't before, many minigames, a third of the skills locked to F2P, more than twice the world size opens up than F2Ps have, and 120 quests. You can get discount to buy runescape money if you join RS membership.

Can't compare Runescape and WoW. Two different games. WoW is more of a themepark, while RS is more of a sandbox.
